Privacy
What we collect, and why.
This page covers the website you are reading, not the client sites built on the platform. Each client site publishes its own policy.
The short version
We collect the details you choose to send through the contact form, and the technical information every web server needs to deliver a page safely. We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or build profiles across other websites.
What the contact form collects
Your name, email address, optional phone number, message and the page you sent it from. We use these details only to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation.
Cookies and local storage
The public website sets one optional cookie when an editor opens a draft preview. It is not used for visitors. No analytics or advertising cookies are set by the platform itself.
Service providers
Content is stored in Directus and both the website and the CMS run on Railway. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own data-processing terms. We share data with them only as needed to run the service.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and meet legal or accounting obligations, then deleted. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@example.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
